Collaborating with Whitespace and their client Business Gateway, we were tasked with creating a social media campaign that targets soon to be graduates and recent graduates to think about setting up their own business. Euan and I began developing concepts which would tell the story of university within 15 seconds. We wanted to create something that didn’t feel like an advert, rather a relatable and funny video with so much visually that upon multiple watches you would be able to discover something new. Our final animation depicts the conveyer belt nature of university and the anticlimactic ending all with original music composed by Posterboy. When presenting the idea, alongside many other students, both Whitespace and Business Gateway were impressed offering us an internship, the video is now being used by Business Gateway on social media.
